Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about Mora, security, and subscriptions.
Can Mora ruin my campaigns if the AI is wrong?
No. Mora uses a "Copilot clause". We assist and diagnose. Mora suggests what to change, but you confirm every action. Applied actions keep an Undo path when possible.
What do I need for Mora to work well?
An active Google Ads account with at least 30 days of spend and conversion history so the engine can give precise suggestions.
What is white-label PDF?
With Mora Watchdog you can export reports with your business name and logo (if uploaded in Settings). On the free evaluation the PDF includes a Mora watermark.
Do you train AI on my clients' data?
No. Campaign performance goes through AI APIs (OpenAI and Anthropic) only to generate your report in that moment. Data is not used to train public foundation models per each provider's terms.
Can I audit Performance Max campaigns?
Yes. Mora uses a documented rules engine by channel (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Video); AI only writes and prioritizes. It does not invent metrics — it works on real Google Ads data.
Is it safe to give Mora access to my accounts?
You connect your Google account securely so Mora can audit. Campaign changes run only when you confirm in Mora (Copilot model), with undo when possible.
How does the free evaluation work?
When you connect Google Ads you get 14 days with 2 audits (full engine; summarized dashboard on Evaluation), 1 ad generation, and 1 sample PDF (Mora brand), no card. Applying changes in Google Ads requires Watchdog ($26.99/mes). One trial per email.
