Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect (Google Ads API)

Mora Analytics uses the official Google Ads API. We request OAuth 2.0 access with the scope needed to audit your account and, on the Watchdog plan, to apply changes when you confirm. We collect the performance metrics needed (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, and campaign structure data) to generate audits. Mora does not modify your Google Ads account automatically or silently: any write requires explicit confirmation in the UI (Copilot / Safe Apply model).

2. Data use and "Limited Use" compliance

We strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Your campaign data is sent temporarily to AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) via enterprise APIs only to generate your report at that moment. Your data is not used by Google or Mora to train public foundation AI models.

Mora Analytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Copilot clause and change execution

Under our "Copilot" philosophy, Mora accesses information for analysis, diagnosis, and — only if you ask — to apply suggested changes.

On Mora Watchdog, Safe Apply can change Google Ads only after your explicit confirmation in the UI. Without that confirmation, no budget, keyword, campaign structure, or equivalent adjustments run.

4. Revoking OAuth access

You stay in full control. You can revoke Mora Analytics' access to your Google Ads account anytime from your Google account security settings (third-party app permissions). When you do, Mora immediately loses access to your metrics.

5. Storage and security

Generated reports are stored in secure databases (Supabase) tied to your user account so you can access history. Reports are confidential and stored with industry-standard encryption. We retain data only while your account stays active. If you deactivate your account, campaign data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.

6. Sharing with third parties

Mora Analytics does not sell, rent, or share your personal data or campaign performance with ad agencies, competitors, or other third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only with providers needed to run the service (infrastructure, AI, and payments), under confidentiality obligations and only as required.

7. Payments and billing (Lemon Squeezy)

Mora Watchdog subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive from Lemon the information needed to manage your subscription (e.g. purchase email, payment status, customer and subscription IDs). We do not store full credit card numbers; Lemon Squeezy processes payments.

8. User rights

You may request full deletion of your account, profile, and audit history from our servers by contacting support at contacto@mora-analytics.com. This action is irreversible.

9. Cookies

Mora Analytics uses technical and essential cookies for the platform (Google OAuth sign-in and session security). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or track users outside our platform.
